Typically, orders are delivered within 5-7 business days across India. Please allow an additional day for order processing. Kindly factor in this duration when estimating your shipping time.

• Free shipping on prepaid orders.
• ₹99 shipping charges apply to Cash On Delivery orders.

Important Notice: We cannot be held responsible for undeliverable packages due to missing, incomplete, or inaccurate destination information. To mitigate errors, we verify shipping information with every customer via the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Any costs incurred for reshipping the package will be invoiced to the customer.

 

Neas Original bears no responsibility for destination state taxes and/or duty charges that may arise. Customers are accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and additional fees levied by the destination state prior to placing an order.

• No delivery attempt is made at the destination Neas Original reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be liable for any refunds.
