WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND?

To be eligible for a free replacement, return, or refund of any item – the buyer must produce an authenticated unboxing video that can support the buyer’s claim. No replacement claim will be accepted without an unboxing video.

Free replacements or refunds can be requested if the following conditions apply:

  • The item received is physically damaged; (you must prove this by a video of unpacking or unboxing)
  • Item received has missing parts or accessories; (you must prove this by a video of unpacking or unboxing)
  • The item received is different from its description on the product detail page on Neasoriginal.com
  • The item received is defective/or does not work properly. (you must prove this by a video of unpacking or unboxing)

In case the buyer is unable to produce the unboxing video, return, replacement or refund will not be processed.

 

REASONS FOR RETURNS

 

 

Courier Returns-The default return address is Neas Original 1/7377 East Gorakh Park Shahdara Delhi-110032 for all courier returns that were not delivered to the buyer and were marked as ‘Returning to Origin’.


Incorrect Address – If the address provided by you for delivery is found to be incorrect by the courier personnel, and if an address correction is requested, you will be charged ₹50 for correcting the address after the shipment status has been updated to shipped.


Delivery not claimed –
 If the product is not delivered due to the reason of non-availability of the recipient at the address provided to us for delivery and it eventually goes unclaimed upon subsequent attempts and is returned back to us, you will be liable for the cost of a re-delivery to yourself or your end customer. You will also be charged a reverse shipping fee which is equal to the forward shipping fee in such cases.

 

How do I return an item I bought on Neas Original?

 

Neas Original provides an 'Easy Return Policy,' enabling customers to initiate a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving their order. Partial returns are also accepted, allowing you to return any or all items from your purchase.

 

Step 1: Connect with us on WhatsApp at 9958933975. Kindly share your name, order ID, registered phone number, email address, query type, issue type (if applicable), and a brief description of your concern. We're here to assist you promptly!

Step 2: The products will be collected within 4-5 business days for inspection. Once verified to be in appropriate* condition, we'll promptly proceed with your refund or replacement to ensure a seamless resolution for you.

 

Conditions for product unacceptability:

  • Product damaged due to misuse
  • Improper safety packaging upon return
  • Product shows signs of use or alteration
  • Request initiated more than 3 days after delivery
  • Free products or promotional gifts (Freebies)

 

Which categories are excluded from our return or exchange policy?

 

We do not facilitate exchanges for products ordered incorrectly by the customer.

Returns or exchanges are not applicable in cases where the customer simply dislikes the product or has mistakenly ordered the wrong item.

 

If you have received a damaged or defective item, or if the wrong product was delivered in your order, here's what you should do next?

 

Our shipments undergo thorough quality checks before leaving our warehouse. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was sent, you can request a replacement or refund. To initiate a return or refund within 2 days of receiving your order due to damage, defect, or wrong product, please follow these steps:

 

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via WhatsApp at 9958933975 within 2 business days of receiving your order. It's crucial to reach out promptly for timely assistance.

Step 2: Share images and videos of the defective/wrong items along with your order details via WhatsApp at 9958933975. Our team will guide you through the return, replacement, or refund process according to the applicable policy.

Step 3: We will arrange for the pickup of the products within 4-5 business days. Once we confirm that the returned products meet the specified conditions, we will proceed with your requested refund or replacement promptly.

Note: If a replacement is required, it is subject to stock availability. If the desired replacement is unavailable, our team will provide alternative options within the same category for you to choose from.

 

Am I permitted to return only a portion of my order?

 

Yes. A partial return can be created of the whole order depending on their individual return policies, thereby seeking replacement/ refund. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.


Note: Additional charges may be applicable. Neas Original offers free returns/exchange only in case of damaged/defective products during shipment or transit or wrong items delivered.

How long will it take for me to receive the refund for the returned product?

Please note that Neas Original processes refunds after receiving the returned item and completing a quality check. The timing of refund initiation depends on how quickly the courier partner delivers the return to a Neas Original warehouse. In case of any refund discrepancies, Neas Original may request a screenshot of your bank statement at its discretion.

Once Neas Original initiates the refund according to its Returns Policy, here are the expected timelines for the refund amount to appear in your account:

  • Credit/debit card or net banking payments: Refunds are processed back to the original account within 24-48 business hours after receiving the products. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • Cash on delivery transactions: We initiate a bank transfer to the provided billing details within 24-48 business hours after receiving the products and your bank details via email. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Additionally, we offer the convenient option of receiving refunds through Neas Original coupons, which can be used for future purchases.

Please note that COD charges are non-refundable.
